Stamp Duty Amendment

The House of Representatives has approved an amendment of the Stamp Duty Law by providing a much desired cap on transactions.
Under the new provisions of the Law, a maximum fee of CY£10.000 will be levied if the underlying transaction is in excess of CY£5.000.000.
