Leandros Papaphilippou was born in 1966 and is a graduate of Leicester University (LLB).
He is a member of the Nicosia and Cyprus Bar Associations since 1990 and is currently serving as a member of the Permanent Advisory Committee for International Business Companies and Taxation of the Cyprus Bar Association.
He has served on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) and he is a Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
