Angelina is a member of our Banking & Finance and Litigation & Arbitration practice group. She has extensive experience advising small to medium size companies, international financial institutions and local banking institutions. Her wealth of knowledge covers banking and finance matters, contract and regulatory issues.

Angelina regularly acts for banking institutions in connection with debt collection and security enforcement cases, by obtaining Court judgments in the Bank’s favour and then proceeding with all prerequisite execution measures as to execute such judgments and collect the debts.

She further advises on various issues relating to the operation of a banking institution, including advice in respect of banking compliance and regulatory issues, licensing requirements, employment matters concerning banks’ employees, security enforcement and procedures, restructuring proposals, ibank related matters, banking transactions, as well as drafting and amending agreements and other documentation and/or instruments necessary for the operation of banks in order to ensure compliance with the current legislative and regulatory framework in the Republic of Cyprus.
