Marios is an Advocate and Partner at L Papaphilippou & Co LLC, specialising in banking and commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and the Foreign Direct Investment Screening (FDIS) Law. He is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice group and its Regulatory Law practice group, which advises and represents clients before the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Commission.

He is a visiting Lecturer at the University of Nicosia, where he has taught Company and Commercial Law since 2023.
