On 21st of February 2024 the Council of Ministers of Cyprus has decided to abolish the Corporate Annual Levy of Euro 350.
The relevant legislation has been approved by the Parliament and will be effective from 2024 onwards.
Since 2011 all companies registered in the Cyprus Register of the Registrar of Companies had an obligation to pay a fee of Euro 350 payable by the end of June each year.
