Efstathios Christofides joined the law firm of L. Papaphilippou & Co. LLC in 2010. He is a member of the Commercial and Corporate Law Department as well as of the Litigation Department of the firm. His work spans a broad spectrum of business sectors, with an emphasis on Private Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Domestic and Cross Border Mergers, International Corporate Finance, Securitisations and Corporate Restructurings, Liquidation and Receivership, Establishment and Administration of Cyprus International Trusts (CIT). His wealth of litigation experience covers matters, inter alia, of Commercial Law, Liquidation and Receivership Law, Shareholders Disputes, Anti Money Laundering Law and Insurance Law..
