Elena Malekou is the Head of the Fiduciary Department and in charge of the Accounts Department of our Firm. She joined L. Papaphilippou & Co LLC in 1993. She specialises in Company Law and she is involved with corporate matters including but not limited to company formation and administration up to the dissolution of an entity. She advices on transactions and legal matters arising out of the day to day management of companies and legal entities of various jurisdictions including Cyprus. She also provides administration services to companies registered in a number of foreign jurisdictions.
