Marilena is a member of our Regulatory Practice group as well as our Litigation & Arbitration Practice group.

As part of the Regulatory group, she consults clients on privacy and personal data protection matters and other regulatory matters.

She regularly represents clients in Court proceedings in front of the District Courts and Administrative Court of the Republic of Cyprus on insurance law, medical law, employment law matters as well as administrative issues.

Marilena also advises clients on intellectual property, corporate and commercial law matters.

• The University of Law, Professional Diploma in Legal Practice
• The University of Law, LLM in Professional Legal Practice
