Michelis Philippou is a member of our Corporate & Commercial and Litigation & Arbitration practise group. He has extensive experience in the field of advising medium to large size companies and structure of companies as well as litigating in matters relating to various commercial transactions.

He regularly advises Cyprus and International companies in relation to everyday and more complex matters relating to financial and legal implications within the spectrum of the Cyprus legislation.

In addition to the above Michelis also provides advice to entities involved with Financial Services that are regulated by the Cyprus Exchange and Securities Commission (and/or equivalent authorities within the EU) and operate within the Investment sector in Cyprus and abroad.

Michelis advises both entities and individuals in terms of solvency and bankrupty matters and he is a Licensed insolvency Practitioner by the Cyprus Bar Association and he is authorized to provide formal appointment as a Liquidator in winding up procedures under Cyprus Law.
