Marios Lazarou is a member of Corporate & Commercial and IT & IP practice group. He regularly advises small to medium size companies on any subject in relation to the Cyprus Companies Law, registration of company trademarks in Cyprus and Europe, as well as the establishment and opening of bank accounts with Cyprus Banks.
He has extensive experience on the formation of Cyprus companies, the maintenance, daily management and reorganization.
Marios Lazarou regularly acts for media Companies registered in Cyprus in connection with licensing and approvals with ongoing support with Cyprus Radio Television Authority. He also advises international companies that wish to register their aircrafts with the Cyprus Registry of Civil Aviation.
