Philippos Philippou is a partner and a leading member of our Corporate & Commercial and Shipping & Admiralty practise group. He has a vast experience in matters relating to corporate structures and separate corporate entities regulated in Cyprus and operating both in Cyprus and abroad.

His wealth of knowledge covers matters relating to Cyprus Company Law, Contract Law, Shipping Law, Employment Law and all commercial matters in relation to Cyprus Companies. Since he joined the firm in 1988, his years of experience bring new insights in the everyday running and conduction of commercial business for Cyprus registered entities and Cyprus Shipping Companies.
