Savvas Polydorou is a member of our Corporate practice group since 1999. He has extensive experience advising companies and natural persons concerning the incorporation and establishments of corporate structures in the Republic of Cyprus and administering their daily as well as strategic affairs. His knowledge includes matters of drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, loan agreements, as well as documents related to encumbrances and pledges.
Savvas is the First AML Compliance Officer and Head of the Compliance Department of L. PAPAPHILIPPOU & CO LLC, overseeing matters of AML related client compliance.
Savvas also taught, during the period 2003 – 2005, Business Law at the then Frederick Institute of Technology, currently Frederick University.
