On 21st of February 2024 the Council of Ministers of Cyprus has decided to abolish the Corporate Annual Levy of Euro 350.

The District Court of Limassol refused to recognize an arbitral award issued by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Competition has a new composition.

 

On November 30 2012 the Supreme Court of Cyprus issued its judgment(1) on the

applicable criteria for granting an interim order to supply, as issued by the Commission

for the Protection of Competition under the Protection of Competition Law 2008.

During the past two years the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition

has been very active in the control of both competition and concentrations
